This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided through GreatRealEstateProperties.com (“Website”) and its associated creative services offered by DesigngridStudios, both operated by SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By purchasing any service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

We primarily provide digital and customized services, including but not limited to:

Featured property listings
Property tours
Property marketing
Social media publishing
YouTube publishing
Video editing
Graphic design
Social media content creation
SEO descriptions
Copywriting
Script writing
Marketing materials
Digital templates
Other creative and marketing services

As these services involve customized work, editorial review, digital production, and reserved publishing schedules, they cannot generally be returned once work has commenced.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES are final and non-refundable.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind.
Cancellation after payment.
Failure to use purchased services.
Delays caused by the client.
Incorrect information provided by the client.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after the agreed work has been delivered.
Changes in marketing results, search engine rankings, social media reach, enquiries, or property sales.

3. Cancellation of Orders

Clients may request cancellation before work begins.

However, as project planning, scheduling, administrative processing, or resource allocation may begin immediately after payment, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund.

We reserve the right to determine whether work has commenced.

4. Client Delays

Clients are responsible for providing all required information, media, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

If a client delays the project for an extended period, we may place the project on hold or close it after reasonable notice.

Such delays do not create any entitlement to a refund.

5. Publishing Services

For property featuring, listings, YouTube publication, social media publishing, blogs, newsletters, or similar promotional services:

Publication dates are estimates unless expressly agreed.
Editorial scheduling remains at our discretion.
Publication is subject to our editorial review and compliance with our Terms & Conditions.
Marketing exposure does not guarantee enquiries, leads, rentals, property sales, search engine rankings, or social media performance.

No refunds will be issued based on marketing performance or business outcomes.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, photographs, videos, logos, floor plans, branding materials, and other content are accurate, complete, and authorized for use.

We are not responsible for delays or additional work resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

7. Revisions

Where revisions are included in the purchased service, they will be provided in accordance with the applicable service description or quotation.

Revision requests do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

If SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES is unable to provide a purchased service due solely to our own operational reasons and no suitable alternative solution can be offered, we may, at our sole discretion, provide:

a service credit,
rescheduling of the service, or
a partial or full refund.

Nothing in this section obligates us to provide a refund except where required by applicable law.

9. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to seek a resolution, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate ongoing services.
Remove published content where legally permissible.
Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation.
Recover any outstanding fees or associated costs where permitted by law.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page together with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any dispute relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
